Version 1.0 (updated 2026-07-12)
These payment and cancellation terms describe how payment, cancellation, rebooking and transfer of a reservation works when you book a retreat with GRUNNA.
If the retreat is covered by the Package Travel Act, the mandatory provisions of the Act prevail over these conditions.
When booking, the full price of the retreat is paid in connection with the booking via GRUNNA's booking system.
If partial payment is offered through an external payment service, such as Klarna, the payment is governed by the terms and conditions of that payment service.
Once payment has been made, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your retreat, you should notify GRUNNA as soon as possible via email or otherwise as GRUNNA instructs.
The cancellation is valid from the day it has been received by GRUNNA.
In case of cancellation, the following applies:
· Up to 60 days prior to the first day of the retreat: the entire amount paid will be refunded.
· 59—31 days prior to the first day of the retreat: 50% of the retreat price will be refunded.
· 30 days or less prior to the first day of the retreat: no refund will be made.
Refunds will normally be made to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
If your plans change, we will be happy to help you explore the possibility of rescheduling to another retreat.
Re-booking is free of charge whenever practicable and there is room at the new retreat.
GRUNNA cannot guarantee that rebooking is always possible.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person, provided that that person meets the possible conditions of the retreat and that GRUNNA receives information about the change well in advance of the start of the retreat.
GRUNNA does not charge a fee for a transfer.
We recommend that you have cancellation cover through your home insurance, debit card or other insurance.
In the event of an acute illness or other serious unforeseen event, you are always welcome to contact GRUNNA.
If practicable, GRUNNA may offer rebooking to a later retreat, but there is no right to rebooking or refund beyond what is stated in these terms and conditions.
If GRUNNA cancels a retreat, the full amount you paid for the retreat will be refunded.
If possible, you can also be offered a place at another retreat, but it is always up to you to choose whether you want to accept such an offer.
These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under applicable law, including the Package Travel Act where applicable.
If you have any questions about payment, cancellation or your booking, you are always welcome to contact GRUNNA. We will be happy to help you find the solution that is possible based on the circumstances.
