These general booking conditions apply to retreats offered under the GRUNNA brand and describe what applies when you book and participate in a retreat.
If the retreat is covered by the Package Travel Act, the mandatory provisions of the Act prevail over these conditions.
Retreat Description

GRUNNA is a registered trademark owned by Yourney AB, company registration number 5595692343, based in Leksands municipality.
When you book a retreat under the GRUNNA brand, you enter into an agreement with Yourney AB.
Therefore, in these terms and conditions, the name GRUNNA is used as the name of Yourney AB in its operations under the GRUNNA trademark.
The retreat description contains information about the actual retreat, such as content, date, location, price, accommodation, activities and any special conditions.
The booking confirmation confirms your reservation and contains information about the retreat you have booked.
If the details in the retreat description or booking confirmation differ from these general booking conditions, the information specific to the booked retreat will apply, provided that it does not conflict with mandatory law.
Before booking, you are responsible for reading the retreat description and ensuring that the retreat suits your needs and conditions.
If you are unsure if the retreat is right for you, you are always welcome to contact GRUNNA before booking.
During the retreat, you will be responsible for:
· follow the instructions and safety instructions provided by GRUNNA or the retreat leader,
· show consideration for other participants, accommodation and nature,
· inform GRUNNA of circumstances that may affect safe participation.
GRUNNA's retreats aim at recovery, nature experiences and personal development. They do not constitute medical treatment or health care.
You are responsible for assessing whether the activities of the retreat are suitable based on your own circumstances.
Any special physical requirements are indicated in the retreat description.
We recommend that you have valid cancellation cover and insurance cover tailored to your participation.
Sometimes minor changes may need to be made, for example due to weather, safety, illness or other circumstances beyond GRUNNA's control.
If practicable, an activity is replaced by an equivalent activity.
If the retreat is covered by the Package Travel Act, the rights resulting from the Act apply in the event of more significant changes.
If you believe that any part of the retreat is not carried out according to the agreement, we ask you to notify GRUNNA as soon as possible during the retreat. Then we will have the opportunity to investigate the situation and, if possible, rectify the deficiency directly.
This does not affect your rights under mandatory law.
GRUNNA processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
Photo and film may be present during the retreat.
If materials are used for marketing purposes, this is done only with your consent or other valid legal basis under applicable data protection legislation.
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If you are not satisfied, first of all, we would like you to contact GRUNNA so that we can try to find a solution together.
If we do not agree, the dispute, if the conditions are met, can be heard by the General Complaints Board (ARN) or by the competent court.
